How It Started

In the beginning there was only Zenith Publishing. Formed in 1998 and officially launched in 2000, the aim of Zenith Publishing was to publish on the international markets all the great music they had heard in other countries.

Countries like Italy, where Nikki lived for years, or Hungary, where both Paul and Nikki lived and worked for a few years.

Since then many other talented artists and writers have joined the Zenith family, the most recent is the addition of Belfast based singer/songwriter 'Lee Rogers'.

Zenith Publishing has been fortunate as we’ve never had to search for great writers – they’ve always just arrived. Even the continental ones like Zhel from Croatia, Ciro Perrino, or our latest exclusive writer, Marco Canepa.

Our ethos has always been, there are still great original songs and music out there. The industry can’t go on forever in Karaoke mode (in fact it’s already changing thank goodness) so we’re looking for tomorrows hits not yesterday’s!

Is Zenith Publishing exclusive to the writers on the Zenith Café label?

Definitely not. Zenith Publishing is all about great original music. If you are lucky enough to be able to write it – don’t want to actually perform it yourself, that’s fine. There are plenty of singers and performers looking for great tracks, or films/adverts looking for a backing track or library music.

Is Zenith Publishing looking for any particular type of music?

We’re a totally eclectic company. As long as the music is good, original, and doesn’t plagiarise anyone else’s music – then we’re interested. So whether you're a heavy metal guitarist or a hard house producer, aspiring pop writer or classical composer, your music has got a chance of finding a home here.
