Hailing from Croatia – via Amsterdam, Paris and London – singer songwriter and multi instrumentalist ZHEL has already had two acclaimed albums in his own country, received awards for his video direction and played support to Sting. 2004 sees the release of his debut UK album, HAPPYEND IN THE LUBBERLAND, a brilliant collision of the acoustic and the electronic, involving Zhel’s uniquely organic methods. Produced by Steve Bush (previous credits include Stereophonics) this looks set to be one of the most original albums of the year.
